ReelForge AI ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.

1. Information we collect

• Email address — only if you subscribe to our newsletter (collected via Netlify Forms).
• Reel links you paste — sent to our downloader service to fetch the media you request. We do not store them long-term.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-friendly analytics events (e.g. "download clicked"). These are cookieless and contain no personal identifiers.
• Local storage — your daily usage counts, plan status and referral code are stored in your own browser, not on our servers.
• Payment data — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

2. How we use it

To provide the downloader and AI features, send the newsletter (if you opted in), process subscriptions, and understand which features are useful so we can improve them.

3. Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers, each with their own privacy policies: Netlify (hosting, forms), Stripe (payments), RapidAPI (media downloading), an AI provider (content generation), and a privacy-friendly analytics tool. We do not sell your data.

4. Cookies

We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. We use browser local storage for app functionality only.

5. Your rights

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time, clear your local storage by clearing your browser data, and request deletion of your email from our list by contacting us.

6. Children

ReelForge AI is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date will change accordingly.
